Nurses
Cottage Started in 2005 by the Rollett family, Nurses Cottage
is a traditional cottage producer of
cordials and presses which use the finest wild and
natural ingredients to make both timeless and modern
English recipes. From award winning elderflower
presse to the Mulled Plum Potion, nurses cottage

Plantation
Cottage Plantation Cottage is run by Lynda Whitcombe using
fresh produce from her extensive and varied herb
farm. Her famous jellies are made to order using
the traditional 'drip bag' method which require
no additives or preservatives. These, along with her Victorian style sweet fruit

Tiltridge
Vineyard Tiltridge vineyard is situated close to Upton on
Severn and close the Bredon Hill. The vineyards
were first established in the late 1980's with the
planting of three grape varieties. Tiltridge produce
high quality still and sparkling wines named after
the composer Edward Elgar who is so closely associated
with this area. The wines are fresh and fruity-

Pershore
College Pershore College is a renowned centre of horticulture,
which sits below Bredon Hill on the edge of the
town of Pershore. The college gardens and conservation
areas cover 15 hectares, Crop production facilities
include 12 hectares of fruit and computer controlled
glasshouses, plus a nursery and a specialist plant
unit. The new range of award winning naturally flavoured
fruit juices are very popular. The juice ingredients
are grown at the college, or sourced locally when

Simply
Orchids Tim Morris and family have over 30 years experience
of growing orchids. Tim moved to little Comberton in
2003, familiar with the area having studied at Pershore
Horticulture College he has spent many years dedicated
to growing speciality orchids having pioneered much
research within Europe. Having visited the glass houses
it's a breath taking site to see so many plants given
so much tentative care and attention to detail.

Anstey's
Cheese Colin and Alyson Anstey have been making and supplying
traditional cheeses, including their famous Old
Worcester White, from their farm in Worcestershire
since 1985. Their own cheeses are carefully handmade
using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet

Chase
House Farm "Village lamb" Mr Alan Gobbin, Chase House
Farm, Wyre Piddle. Home produced shoulder or leg of Lamb. Home reared lamb
grazed outdoors, this is a small family run farm containing
a number of native breeds including Suffolk and Welsh.
The meat is hung for at least a week to ensure tenderness.

Home
Farm Home Farm is a family run 150 acre mixed working farm,
with sheep, cattle, pigs and poultry. The farm has been
in the Meadows' family since 1953, when it was bought
from Overbury Estates. It is currently run by Mick,
Anne and James and is situated in the picturesque village
of Bredon's Norton at the foot of Bredon Hill. More>> Fladbury
butchers Pies and Sausages After several years as a chef at home and abroad, Simon
Taylor achieved his boyhood dream and took over the
running of his local village butchers shop in Fladbury.
As an already award winning shop the former owner Colin
ensured that none of his hard earned reputation was
lost in his careful mentoring in Simons early days. Crisp pastry, top quality pork shoulder and unique seasoning
ensure that the pork pies have a well deserved reputation
of being one of the best pies that many people have
tasted. Simon's meat pies have an equally well deserved
reputation, with his steak based pies delivering just
the right amount of meat in delicious gravy, while his
pea and ham pies are a joy to behold. Worcestershire Honey From Hinton on the Green, Elmley Castle and Great Comberton.
We have been lucky to meet some wonderful exponents
of the art of bee-keeping. R-oil R-Oil is produced by Campbell Environmental oils a new
company based near Stow on the Wold. R-Oil is produced
by cold pressing Rape Seed produced on the family farm.
The resulting oil is totally unadulterated and natural
and is high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 which are both good
for the heart and lower blood pressure. R-Oil can be
used as one would olive oil and especially suited to
deep and shallow frying. Kitts Kitchen Chef Kitt Bamford produces some of the best pickles,
chutneys and dressings in Worcestershire and already
has several Taste of the West awards under his belt.
The range includes an action packed Salad Dressing (
Gold medal award ) This dressing is very versatile,
great on jacket potatoes and homemade chips! Please

of cheeses using milk from their organic dairy heard
at Gorse hill Abbey Farm.
