Colin
and Alyson Anstey have been making and supplying
traditional cheeses, including their famous Old
Worcester White, from their farm in Worcestershire
since 1985. Their own cheeses are carefully handmade
using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet and
are traditionally clothbound. Ansteys are members
of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association (SCA)

of the National Farmers’ Retail & Markets Association
(FARMA). We currently stock two of their cheeses: Double Worcester A classic Double Gloucester but with attitude!
